The scope of our ISO 9001 certification incorporates industry codes of practice BS EN 15713 Secure Destruction of Confidential Material and BS 78 58 Security Screening of Individuals. Together with our rolling programme of DBS (formerly CRB) checks and other certifications, they’re a guarantee of quality to our current and future customers.
Although we know our quality of service is the best it can be, it’s useful to be externally audited to ensure we are doing everything we can as a company to be compliant. Informally, our annual auditor has told us we have extremely robust systems in place, which is great to hear.
