As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, we’re excited to celebrate Pride Month and honour the contributions of our LGBTQA+ community members in a few different ways. Firstly, to improve our company-wide efforts, we’ve rolled out an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training module to the entire team.
We’ve selected a few crucial local and national organisations to donate to, including NottsPride and the wider LGBT Foundation. We’ve also given our colleagues the option to bring pronouns into their signatures, and have delivered colourful pride cupcakes to everyone in the business!
We’re also excited to announce that a few of us will be joining the local march in July! Taking place on the last Saturday of July, we’re proud to be marching alongside the amazing volunteers, LGBTQ+ people, allies and supporters.
