Collection
We come straight to your business premises to collect your documents to ensure maximum security and compliance.
Transportation
We then transport your documents to our facility in our MOD-approved vehicles. We also provide an audit trail so that you know where your documents are at all times.
Indexing
Once transported to our facility, your documents are indexed and barcoded to ensure they are organised and can be retrieved without hassle. We also offer a range of document scanning services if you wish to access your documents digitally.
Delivery and viewing
If you wish to view or have your documents returned to you, we can do just that. We can return your documents to you via our cost-effective secure delivery service, or via scan on demand. We also provide a viewing service where you can view your documents in our secure audit room.

How do you ensure that my documents are secure?
At Shredall SDS Group, the security and wellbeing of your documents is our number one priority. Our vaults are climate controlled and are built to resist natural disasters such as fires and floods. In addition, our team is fully vetted and DBS-checked to comply with our industry-leading compliance standards.
Our vaults are also monitored 24/7 by CCTV so that nothing happens without us knowing.
How do I access my documents whilst they are in storage?
Once we’ve transported your files to one of our secure vaults, you’ll be able to request retrieval via email or the SDS online ordering system. You are also welcome to view your documents in our secure audit room.
How much does document vault storage cost?
The price of our vault storage services varies. It all depends on the quantity of documents you want to store and the type. We also take into account the level of security required when calculating a price.
